Privacy Policy

Effective 12 October 2026

This policy explains what Iron Reaper Standard collects, why, and what we will and will not do with it. It is written to be read rather than skimmed past, because a standard you cannot explain is somebody else's standard.

Who we are

Matthew Houle, a sole proprietor doing business as Iron Reaper Standard. Contact details are at the bottom of this page and on our contact page.

What we collect

Information you give us

Name, email address and phone number when you contact us, book a call, or buy something.
Answers you provide before or during a strategy call, such as your training history, your schedule, and what you have already tried.
Health and fitness information you choose to share as a coaching client, which may include body weight, measurements, progress photographs, injuries, and relevant medical history.
Billing details when you purchase. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.

Information collected automatically

Standard web analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source.
Cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels from Meta, used to measure which ads lead to bookings.

Why we collect it

To answer your questions and schedule calls.
To deliver coaching, which cannot be individualised without the information above.
To process payments.
To send messages you have asked for, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and coaching updates.
To measure advertising, so money is spent reaching people the service actually suits.

Text messages and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive text messages is optional. It is never required to contact us and is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Texts are sent from (727) 382-7162. Reply HELP for help, or STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Opting out of text messages does not affect your coaching or your ability to reach us by email or phone.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to run the business, and only for that purpose:

Our customer relationship and messaging platform, which stores contact records and sends scheduled messages.
Our payment processor, which handles billing.
Our coaching platform, which delivers programming and check-ins.
Analytics and advertising platforms, which receive activity data about site visits. This never includes text messaging opt-in data.
Anyone we are legally required to disclose to.

Your health and progress information

Coaching information, including progress photographs, is treated as confidential. We do not publish, share or use any client photograph, result or quote in marketing without that client's explicit permission, given separately and in writing. Permission can be withdrawn at any time, and we will remove the material from anything we control.

We are a coaching business, not a healthcare provider, so this information is not protected health information under HIPAA. We treat it as confidential regardless.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to two years. Client records are kept for the duration of coaching and for seven years afterwards, which covers tax and record keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.

Your choices

Text messages. Reply STOP to any message.
Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Access, correction and deletion. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.
Cookies and tracking. Your browser can block cookies, and your device settings can limit ad tracking.

Security

We use reputable providers and restrict access to client information to those who need it to deliver the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information we will tell you.

Children

This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and, where the change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell you directly.
