These terms govern the use of this website and any coaching purchased from Iron Reaper Standard. Buying coaching or using this site means you accept them.

One to one online coaching. Depending on what you purchase, that includes individualised training programming, nutrition guidance, scheduled check-ins, and direct communication with your coach. Specific inclusions, length and price are agreed before you pay and are set out in your coaching agreement.
This is education and coaching, not medical care. Nothing provided here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and your coach is not acting as your physician, dietitian or therapist. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, and especially if you have an existing condition, an injury, or you are taking medication.
Training carries inherent risk of injury. By participating you accept that risk and confirm you are medically cleared to exercise. Stop and seek medical attention if something is wrong. Tell your coach about injuries, conditions and medications, because programming given without that information may not be appropriate for you.
No specific result is promised. Outcomes depend on your effort, your consistency, your starting point, your adherence, and factors outside anyone's control. Any result shown on this site is one person's outcome and is not a prediction of yours.
Prices, payment schedule and term are agreed before purchase and stated in your coaching agreement. Payment is handled by a third party processor. Failed or missed payments may pause coaching until resolved.
Coaching is sold as a fixed term, because that is how long the work takes. The refund and cancellation terms that apply to you are set out in the coaching agreement you receive before you pay, and those terms govern.
You may cancel future renewal at any time by telling us in writing before the next term begins. If your circumstances change significantly, such as injury, deployment or relocation, contact us. We would rather deal with it reasonably than hide behind a paragraph.
All programming, written material, guides, templates and content produced by Iron Reaper Standard remain our property and are licensed to you for your own personal use for as long as you are a client. Do not copy, resell, distribute or share them, including with training partners, and do not use them to coach anyone else.

We may end coaching, with a pro rata refund of any unearned fees, if the relationship becomes unworkable, if you are abusive to us or to anyone else, or if you repeatedly ignore the agreed process to the point that coaching cannot be delivered.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and material changes affecting current clients will be communicated directly. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both parties agree to that jurisdiction.
